Nitto Denko Avecia Inc. (Avecia) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Irvine Pharmaceutical Services and Avrio Biopharmaceuticals, both located in Irvine, CA. Irvine provides analytical development services and Avrio is a cGMP parenteral CMO.
